With a diverse array of commercial and residential properties in Europe and North America, American Continental Properties (ACP) needed to connect multiple locations with a secure, cross-platform system to enhance collaboration and provide mainframe access to all employees over the Internet. With limited internal expertise, ACP turned to RDA Enterprises headquartered in Manhattan. Drawing on its extensive understanding of Novell Net services software, RDA recommended a one Net solution using NetWare, BorderManager, ZENworks for Desktops, and GroupWise in a pure Internet Protocol (IP) environment.

MASTER ACCOUNTING SERIES.

For over a decade, our software has supported a variety of businesses, with customers in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey and California. Our customers have enjoyed the benefit of custom accounting software tailored to their needs, combined with the flexibility and functionality of the Crystal Reports program.

We currently specialize in two Verticals, Trophy Shops and Graphic Arts Services. Trophy Shops such as New York Trophies have been using our program since 1992. Our software has been customized to offer a unique "What-If" Option to allow for Real Time Cost Analysis and Quoting of Trophy Assembly. Once the best price is reached, it is easily converted to a live order. The Inventory module is fully integrated with these options. Reports can then be generated for the necessary parts to build. Another unique feature is an option to view and edit Inventory information in the standard fashion of one item at a time or in a "Spreadsheet" fashion. This allows for mass updating of parts. There is also a unique feature to change prices across the board. For example, you are able to increase all your list prices by 5%.

Service Bureaus such as AM GraphiForms have been using our program since 1986. It offers a unique Invoicing feature to enter the Job Order description in a "Free Entry" format or to use a Pre-Defined item, description and price with the ability to override and change any information. We have also integrated EDI processing into the Invoicing module.
